Can't make it on the 25th, but still want to participate? You can purchase raffle tickets prior to the event AND support our youth performers by leaving them a "Tip" to help them reach their goal in our "Pass the Hat" challenge.

Welcome to our third annual fundraising event for NAPA: NAPA-Ween! Our hostess for the evening is the Executive Director of NAPA, Holly Chin.

Helpful Tips
To help you get the most out of your evening, here is the schedule of events and
a few things to remember so that you don’t miss a thing.

GET A BIDDER ID (one per person or couple) and register it online. Your id will be used for the Mummy's Tomb Silent Auction and Experience Sign-Ups.
​
BUY TICKETS. Tickets are available to purchase on either side of the room. The following tickets are available:

Witch's Brew Bar Drink Tickets (Good for beer, wine and cocktails. Be sure to buy your tickets before heading to the bar.)

CarnEvil Game Tickets (Each ticket is good for one game.)

Graveyard Raffle Tickets (Buy raffle tickets for a chance to win one of our Skeleton prize packs.)

ORDER A SPIRITED BEVERAGE at the Witch's Brew Bar and/or GRAB DINNER & DESSERT in the Cauldron Cafe. Pizza is courtesy of Liberty Pizza. Desserts have been donated by our wonderful NAPA volunteers. Non-alcoholic beverages are available at the Cauldron Cafe, so help yourself.​

FIND A SEAT. There are shared tables available by the Cauldron Cafe. Grab an open seat to enjoy your meal. When you are done, just dispose of your garbage so that someone else can enjoy their meal after you.

TRY YOUR LUCK with our fun CarnEvil Games. Winners will receive prize tickets which can be redeemed at the Prize Table. Play more games to get more or bigger prizes.

ENTER FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN with our Graveyard Raffle. Buy raffle tickets. Save one half and put the other half in the skull of the Skeleton prize bundle(s) that you would like to win. If you are concerned that you might lose your half of the ticket, be sure to write your name on the back of the other half before placing it in the skull. The more tickets you purchase, the greater your chance of winning will be!

PICK A PUMPKIN at the Pumpkin Patch! For $20 (cash only) you can select a pumpkin bag from NAPA Farms. Inside, you will find a gift card ranging in value from $10-$100+. There are limited pumpkins available, so get there on time! Will you get a Trick or a Treat?

SIGN-UP YOUR CHILDREN for one-of-a-kind experiences in the "NAPA Experiences" section of the Mummy's Tomb. Sign-ups are first-come-first-serve and there are limited spots available, so do not hesitate! All sign-ups close at 7:00 pm.
BID ON SILENT AUCTION ITEMS in the Mummy's Tomb. All silent auctions close at 7:00 pm.
SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION at the Spirited Songs performance and "tip" our young performers as they Pass the Hat and try to raise $1,000 for NAPA with their voices.
MINGLE, MINGLE, DANCE, DANCE! There is plenty of time to enjoy yourself, dance, and talk to other members of the NAPA community, so have fun!

Pick-A-Pumpkin Patch!
Join our exciting fundraising game, "Pumpkin Patch Picks!" For just $20, you can pick a Pumpkin from the Patch, with a surprise waiting inside. Each pumpkin contains a gift card worth between $10 and $100! With a 40% chance of winning back your money or even more, it's a fun and thrilling way to support our cause. Who doesn't love picking pumpkins in the fall? — especially when it comes with a chance to win big! Will you be one of the lucky winners and get a Treat? Or will you be Tricked? Pick your pumpkin and find out!
Pass the (Witch's) Hat Challenge
At this year’s NAPA-Ween, the spotlight shines on our talented youth performers! Three of our cast groups will take the stage to share Spirited Songs from their current productions, singing their hearts out to support the arts. Just like street performers “passing the hat,” audience members can show their appreciation by “tipping” the cast for a job well done. The cast has set a goal of raising $1,000 to support NAPA’s programs—making this a fun and meaningful way to cheer on our performers while fueling the future of the arts.
